Omg Amber is the bomb dot com! I am so lucky I found her before she graduated! I went in with black box dye in my hair and wanted a balayage because I was so tired of always touching up my roots . I knew it was going to be a process to get the black out, and she was so open and honest with me about not having unrealistic expectations. Shes really taken her time with me to get me to where I am now and my hair is in such amazing shape! Im blown away at how it turned out.
I cant even bring myself to post a before picture, but just imagine a Halloween wig and thats close enough. I cant stop staring at this after picture though!! Im so happy!!! So lucky I found her!!!!!
Super affordable! Extra careful and cautious! Extremely clean salon! Courteous staff!!! Superb color bar! Posh nail salon with eccentric and basic capabilities! A one stop shop well equipped to change your frown upside down!!!! Instructors were super on point!!! My cousin and I made a day of it! Her student stylist was named Shantell and was much needed and appreciated! My student stylist was Mrs. Meagan Davis and she was phenomenal!! Perfect color contrast ???????????????????I see this to be the beginning of a very long-standing professional relationship and we will definitely be back for more business soon #TeamMeg #TeamShantell #TeamEmily
Im actually really disappointed in their customer service. They stated they take walk-ins when I called up till 2:30. I said I should be there at 2:32 and they said it would be fine. Unfortunately, when I arrived they said cant take me. I see numerous students sitting around and playing on their phones. I understand you have a cutoff but never have I ever been to a place where they do not provide a 5 minute grace period. The students do great work but the way guest services were handled is atrocious. Dont say you can do something and then go back on your word for 2 mins. Poorly handled service at front desk.
