As a first time mom it was a labor of love to find the right place to care for my infant. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my child was going to be offered a parent teacher conference, even though shes only 5 1/2 months. We had our conference yesterday, and it was really great. The teacher explained where she is excelling and demonstrated some exercises to do in some areas that theyre working on with her. Again, being a first time Mom, this information was really helpful and we practiced this morning. I am truly grateful for The Pillars and the care that the teachers give to my Sweet baby.
As an employee of The Pillars for almost 5 months it has been such an amazing experience and opportunity to learn all of the families and be part of this wonderful environment. The families and staff are awesome and so genuine, they made me feel so comfortable. The company itself is very professional and has the structure and organization that parents are looking for. We put children FIRST! The Pillars Guiding Principles are LOVE God. LOVE Learning. LOVE Children. You just can’t go wrong whether you are looking to enroll or apply for a teaching position!
