I came in to get a full head of highlights. I have a lot of hair so I knew it would take some time to be done, but my first visit I was there for seven hours. My hair turned out horrible, so I called and we rescheduled with a different student to fix the problems. Dani was knowledgeable about the products & had great communication skills. She also gave me a good cut.
However, the problems with my hair still exist. My highlights are not even & the color is not even all over. The highlights look totally unnatural. They dont lay even with my face or my scalp. The color of the new highlights make my hair look orange. Thought that would settle down through washing but it still looks orange. My hair smelled like toner through 4 washings. The students need to learn to wash all the hair along the neckline when shampooing. This happened both times i was there & trying to brush through all the hair toner & treatments is not fun.
Im embarrassed with my hair & very self conscious about my appearance. Thank you Dani for trying to fix my hair but i really dont see a difference.

Lexi was amazing!!! She explained step by step what was going on my skin and why it was beneficial as well as gave me recommendations for my skin type. She also killed it with my eyebrow waxing, I’ve never had one before and she made it painless and they look amazing!!! Everything about the experience was absolutely amazing, everyone was very professional and nice. The room was relaxing and I felt very comfortable. I very excited to be going back in 2 weeks!
Jordan Mercedes is the BEST hairstylist ever at TSPA!! She takes her time and pays attention to every detail. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. I couldn’t recommend her enough! She is sooo sweet and very friendly! I will definitely be going to
her again to get my hair touched up! The before and after pictures just shows the magic! Thank you again Jordan!!!
