I read the reviews from several years ago and nothing changed.
Most of the personnel in this building isn’t trained in customer service or has a mindset of being helpful. Every encounter just proves the point : don’t work there because the place is backwards. It is even in the smallest details.
Example : I have a visitor tag which was printed by scanning my ID. Why do I have to show my ID again? Did I swap out my body in 3 minutes?
All paperwork is done online to only find out you have to bring in extra papers (yes, printed papers) who does that? Oh and I can’t print out anything of send in the PDF because it’s not acceptable. Wait. What?
The person doing the paperwork would take WEEKS if not MONTHS to get your paperwork in order because she works only a few hours a day. But no replacement or another person to be hired for the position…. Also those positions aren’t advertised so who holds them?
I have taken my daughter out of school because of serious concerns and her stating she wanted to commit suicide. I have had no contact from school or school board. This is the second time I have asked the school for help and this time being the most concerning with the statement and all I get is transferred to a voicemail. My child has been out of school for an entire week and not ONE SINGLE PERSON has reached out concerned! IT IS SO UPSETTING OUR CHILDREN HAVE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND NOBODY WANTS TO HELP!!!!
There is absolutely no point in even speaking to these people. I have gone to multiple board meetings, as part of a large group, and experienced nothing but disrespect and indifference. They do not care to take action on anything controversial, as they care about themselves infinitely more than they care about the students. They’ve now even hired a man who had multiple charges of sexual harassment filed against him and are trying to sweep it all under the rug. They are detestable snakes in the grass.
