Worst owners ever. I signed my son up to go to daycare as one of the mothers who had a child there was moving and put their 2 weeks notice in. I gave deposit information, I told them my son is not speaking yet and is 18 months old (she said was totally fine and early intervention can come when they need to) etc…then 2 days later the owner Allison called and told me they gave the spot back to the mother as she is no longer relocating even though the mother put her 2 weeks in. I advised her that as a business, that is not okay as that affects my job and my life..she did not care and said my child could start full time end of may. THEN, I called back a week later to get a better idea what the firm start date was..she then said only 1 day a week in May he can go even though she told me full time and then he could start full time end of June instead…so this happened 2 times. THEN, she said that she has to have a meeting with early intervention to see if my son is a “good fit” first since he doesn’t talk yet (at 18 months) and that means he is going to be aggressive. I told her my son is not aggressive at all and just doesn’t speak yet. I also advised that this wasn’t a requirement before when I enrolled him. She said “no we still have to do this to see if he’s a good fit” without even meeting my kid. I then proceeded to say “ok and if he’s a good fit, he would start full time in June?” She stared “uhhh yeahhh I gotta step into a room” and hung up. I then had my friend call back and ask if there were any toddler openings for her child to see what Allison would say. She immediately told her that she had one June full time spot open. WHICH MEANT THAT SHE WAS ALREADY GOING TO DENY MY SON OFF THE BAT and leave me hanging once again. Horrible horrible facility and owner. DISCRIMINATES AGAINST CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES AND ESPECIALLY WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THEM. THEY JUST WANT EASY MONEY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This is the best place we could’ve sent our son! He was so loved and well cared for. Ms Morgan the director cares so much for each child and was a caring and integral part of their development and made sure parents felt heard and comfortable. Unfortunately, we moved out of the area and haven’t found anywhere nearly as wonderful as the School House Preschool.

Had a friend try to use this daycare and had a poor experience being told there was an open spot and then, after removing her child from their current daycare, was told the spot was no longer available. This meant she had to take time off of work to find a new daycare for her kid. She a child with a disability and had a difficult experience with the owner.
