Great School, most of the teachers are excellent who are ready to go for the extra mile. Their ethos is to believe in God, respect others including teachers and other pupils and achieve by hard work. Yes, there are detentions, but it is sometimes needed if there is no response from pupils otherwise. There is no education without strict methods occasionally – teaching and preaching without demanding it is just a utopia and can only result in further deterioration of the society and this is a place they know about it. They have got a healthy balance between curricular and extracurricular education. They are educating the soul, too, not just the mind. Fantastic extracurricular activities!
Yes they have limitations in facilities, as they receive less from the state than other schools. In spite of this they are doing very well. All respect and appreciation to them!
Most teachers are great but some are horrible. Too many rules that are pointless and they go as far as to check your bags every so often. Saturday detentions are also a possibility here. Yes it does state that many students got great results in the past years but thats only because the best are accepted. They do supply one to one tuition and help if needed however they are lacking modern facilities and are very much behind technology wise. probably the only positive of this school is that there is an extremely wide range of activities you can get involved in ranging from sports to music to arts ect. It is full of opportunities that your child could undertake and learn new skills.
Decent support and resources available.
its ok.
Parking is a problem
