I had an amazing experience with The Woods of Montessori in La Mesa. The teachers are amazing! They really care about the students. The director is highly knowledgeable about child development and interpersonal skills. She plays a huge role with the academics and activities. The school goes above and beyond to prepare activities for the children and provide opportunities for parents to get involved. My child attended two other preschools with big names before starting here but struggled because he is neurodivergent. He was successful at this school and thrived so much. Also, I don’t know how they do it but they have no bullying. They teach the children to be respectful to one another. It truly is a safe place for children. Last but not least they are really clean. This is a huge deal because it means no sick days. Our child was frequently sick at the other preschools I had to take so much time off. Since our child’s enrollment two years ago he had only two sick days. As you can see I have nothing but positive things to say about this school.

I highly recommend The Woods Montessori! Most importantly the children are safe, the facility is clean, the staff is excellent, and there are many other great qualities about this daycare. My toddler just started here about a week ago. This is her first time away from both parents and thanks to the great care she is receiving she is adjusting to the change very well. She enjoys the food that is prepared by the staff. She is already showing more independence at home. Overall I love this daycare ,as an overly doting Mother, I know my daughter is receiving the love, nurturing, and care I would hope for. I am so grateful for Ms Laura, Ms. Alinne and the rest of the staff tending to my cherished baby girl.

I highly recommend this place! My son has been there since September and we love it. It’s a safe and fun environment. The staff are amazing! We love the monthly projects and festivals. Ms Laura and Ms Rosa are always there to help and support wherever you need them! I would give them 10 starts if I could!!
