I found Top Martial Arts Palm Harbor when searching for after school care for our two boys, 5 and 9. It was important that we found a program with some structure and smaller in size as they haven’t done so well with other programs where they, for lack of better words, just throw a bunch of kids in a room. I was impressed with how quick they replied to my inquiry and got us in for a tour. When I called back, I appreciated greeted with, “Hello, Ambre!”. They obviously save your contact info but it felt personalized. The facility is neat and clean. Once the boys started attending, they have ABSOLUTELY LOVED it! They look forward to going every day. One of the reasons we looked into karate specifically is because of some behavioral concerns we’ve been experiencing with our 5-year-old; I thought it would be a positive outlet for anger and frustration. I’m not sure whether it’s a coincidence, but ever since he has been attending, he’s received “all greens” at school. The instructors are wonderful with the children. They do allow electronics at the end of the week for “Fun Friday” but the other days the kids are kept busy with arts, crafts, and physical play! They even allot time for homework. We are very happy with our decision to enroll the kids and would definitely recommend!
We love it here. My son has been in this program for summer camp and after school, for three years now. All instructors stay interactive with the kids. They actually do several various activities together. I love the structure. The kids don’t just run wild all day. They also do various awesome field trips that my son loves. They get plenty of playtime and lessons. My son loves it here. Knowing he is in a safe and thriving environment is absolutely priceless to me. What’s best for the kids is always top priority here. You can feel it from the beginning that kids truly matter here. Not just another tuition. They are very personal with each and everyone. Everyone has always been more than welcoming and Mrs. Vickie has always went above and beyond to support me and my son in any way needed. I love his sensei Colton and all of the leaders here. Very comfortable place to me. I really like feeling 100 percent sure , he is safe, not being mistreated, and well taken of. He love it, I love it. Thank you to the whole team at Top. You all have been absolutely amazing.
