My Granddaughter was at this daycare 3 days.. first thing she is only newly13 months old and not walking yet.. and to get money they place her in the toddler room where other toddlers are walking around everywhere crying and no one is even trying to console them. My daughter picks baby girl up the first day and because she cannot walk the teachers have the toddlers outside and babygirl is in a playground swing leaning forward with no body control as if she is flying.. teachers standing around talking as if nothing is wrong.. addressed this issue. Babygirl has only two teeth with more coming in and they feeding her food as if she is 5 years old.. and expects a 13 month old to sit at a table with chairs and eat this grownup food. 2nd day I went to drop off Babygirl with my daughter and toddlers again walking around just crying.. no one even attempting to console them.. place baby girl on floor and a toddler comes over and steps on her fingers and she starts to cry.. I pick her up and consoles her, now very fearful about leaving baby girl. This day 4/17/24 3rd day my daughter go and pick up baby girl and she is under the table with her shoe is in her mouth where the other kids feet are and other kids eating a snack and the teachers sitting there like this is okay. They are very insensitive that these are babies and they are dependent upon their lazy big butts. Very Very pissed and let them knew so.. Baby Girl will not be going back. This has got to be the worst Daycare that I have ever visited. Really needs an overhaul!!!! And to add to this.. 13 months old sleeping on a rubber mat along with the other babies. How you expect a 13 month one to sleep on a mat when she is just 13 months old and wouldn’t even let her have a bottle or sippy cup to assist her with going to sleep as she was use to. ?????
We love this daycare! We found TSA by pure luck and coincidence on a rather short notice through a recommendation of a friend.

I have had zero complaints. The app they use allows me to check in with staff and my daughter at any time. They regularly send updates, pictures, and announcements. They let me know if I need to bring more diapers, clothes, wipes etc. They provide breakfasts and lunches that I would happily eat myself. They are also reasonable and flexible with me. They are EXTREMELY communicative. Any issues or concerns not met/addressed by the staff is likely a result of the PARENT!

I have seen my daughter grow and learn many things while there. She’s attended since ~6 months old and is now ~19 months old. She’s learned so, so much from her teachers and her peers.

Every morning we’re greeted with a smiling face and every evening we’re given an identical farewell.

I am a very picky mom when it comes to early learning facilities. With this being my 4th child entering child care, I am very intuitive with choosing a great facility. We have tested 2 facilities before this one and we are here to stay. The director is very loving, you can tell that she cares about the students. My child’s teacher is awesome. My child loves her and comes home singing all of the normal learning songs. The facility is very clean and kept. My child is not picked up with a nasty nose or with a constant cold (a problem at another facility). She is happy when I drop her off and happy when she is picked up. I am very thankful to have found a great early learning center.
