Both of them fail unequivocally.
There is a good turn of staff,
and Im being sarcastic here.
Dont send any kids here if you can help it they are the same school run by people who seem to fail at every turn.
They claim to be separate but any human can tell they are glued together.
The sad part is this is Tulare Countys answer to dealing with what they really cant deal with .
They should close both sides and use the ground for something that actually works for the community
I wish Id never come across this abomination of a facility that takes tax $$ to pay staff that dont seem to know how their establishment works.
