Our family absolutely LOVES Tutor Time!

My oldest daughter is currently in the two’s class and my youngest is in the Infant room and they have both had INCREDIBLE teachers since starting Tutor Time. It has been so special watching both kids learn and grow. Our family is so grateful for the staff.

The communication has been phenomenal. We get updates through the SproutAbout app on diaper changes, what the girls ate, time their naps start/end and pictures! I love being able to see them on the cameras as well. There is the ability to send and receive messages with the teachers and they respond very quickly. It makes me feel confident in my children’s care. The teachers at Tutor Time have been able to help my kids transition as they get older and have taught them things that I never would have known to show them. All of the teachers we have had go above and beyond to make the kids feel special!

Tutor Time management (Ms. Marquita and Mr. Cleveland) proactively send out notifications, have a monthly calendar to alert families of holidays/closures and send alerts via text if there is something pertinent families need to be aware of (bad weather, etc.). They also work to make the school fun. The calendar provided includes dress up days (wear your favorite sports team, color, etc.). The calendar also includes ways to make the staff feel special (this is optional), like bring your teacher their favorite drink. I love having a way to celebrate the staff and thank them for everything they do.

The daycare is currently being renovated and the staff still keeps the building clean! There is a new playground which is so exciting, fresh paint, new floors and more.

As hard as it is to drop my kids off each day, Tutor Time makes it easier because I feel safe, and I trust the staff. Thank you for EVERYTHING you do for our kids!

Our child has been at Tutor Time Mint Hill since January 2023. We have absolutely loved our experience thus far. Our little boy loves going to school and his teachers, Ms. Leslie and Ms. Asante in the Toddler 1 class are absolute Angels. They care for my son as if he was their own child and he lights up when he sees them. Ms. Marquita, and Mr. Cleveland, the Director and Assistant Director respectively, are always happy to see us and make sure to say hello to our child. They preform their duties with class and great work ethic. The entire staff knows my child’s name which to me, is truly impressive. My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to enroll our child at this facility.

I cannot recommend this daycare enough! As new parents, we were nervous about leaving our newborn in someone else’s care, but Ms. Monica, Ms. Tina, and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. We especially loved the SproutAbout app which allowed us to stay connected with our child throughout the day with live camera access, notifications about diaper changes and feedings, and picture updates. Even with a newborn, they incorporated various activities including painting, tummy time, and sensory activities. We felt confident leaving our child in their care and would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their child.
