Horrible how they ‘care’ about you up until you owe them money. I had a SEMI decent experience until the day I decided I was done with them. They preached about their student code of conduct but I guess it doesn’t apply to the staff. I owed money and was in a tight situation financially. I expressed this several times, acknowledging my financial responsibilities time and time again. They, however, don’t care. Their student code of conduct stated that no one person was allowed to force another person to pay them money. Yet they had me in an office, bullying me to pay them money I owed. They threatened to remove my from their time clock so that I wasn’t allowed to put in the hours I needed to complete my program. All papers sign clearly state that any dues must be paid BY GRADUATION DATE but what they don’t tell you is that they will harass you week after week until you pay them. If you don’t pay, they remove you from the system. Very unorganized campus. Despite expanding, there isn’t enough staff or space to accommodate students. Which makes sense, because who would want to enroll here. My 1st instructor transferred to a different campus and tests that I’d already complete just ‘vanished’. I’d completed 4 course, taken written and practical exams and all that data was just allowed to disappear with no one to be accountable for it but me. I’d never been in such a stressful, hostile, draining environment in my LIFE. My anxiety peaked to a critical level during my time there, forcing me to take a necessary leave of absence. They never give you clear answers on anything. Material isn’t taught to a comprehensible level. Supplies are scarce. Student practically have to provide their own products. Implements are ‘lost’ (stolen) and you’d THINK they’d check the cameras they use. But god forbid a teacher missplace her keys and suddenly it’s a crucial situation and anything must be dropped. I’m honestly glad I never have to go back there. The parking situation, although out of their hands, was such an inconvenience. They don’t guarantee student safety. You could be harassed the second you walk outside and they just stand by, doing nothing. They have ample space to park in the ‘staff’ parking lot in the back but choose to inconvenience it’s own students. They went as far as to put a pin pad on the back door so students wouldn’t have access to it. If you choose to enroll, please be sure to read the fine print. Finish as schedule and get out of there as soon as possible. Save yourself the stress. Personally, it’s not worth emotional/mental/physical toll.
I would never recommend this school, you are better learning from tik tok and other social media platforms. When I attended it was not a good experience because we were left alone on the floor very often because they had our nail tech teacher always helping the cosmetology students a lot more. Our teacher would do a demonstration then walk away to do other things so it wasn’t very helpful I would end up using YouTube videos to learn what I wish was taught. When I did bring it up to the director it was a negative response and nothing improved. They do have their favorites so expect to be treated differently. When I would do services my teacher was too busy with cosmetology students that we didn’t have that guidance that was promoted we were left alone and she would only check on us after the service was performed. Definitely not worth the money we spend. I always heard bad things about this school but I know its what you make it so that’s why I gave it a shot and tried to make the best of it and it was just a waste of time. And it’s not to be rude but just to inform any future students of the experience they may experience as well. And It’s not false allegations that people post here its facts, sadly. Hopefully some day they improve the experience and not promote just to get students in. Goodluck to future students..I will say the cosmo side looks pretty decent they pay a lot of attention to those students.

kuch self taught

My wife is currently attending the school and it’s not worth paying those thousands of dollars. The teaching staff dosen’ teach the girls they’re are learning from each other or just watching YouTube videos. You’re paying for them to teach you not just to leave you alone by yourself, you expect for the teacher to be right by your side guiding you not just throw you onto floor. To make matters worse directer and staff talk to their students very disrespectfully and in front of clients which is very humiliating. For the people that are getting services there make sure you are looking at your ticket because they will over charge you for services you did not get. As well ,if you are trying to go for lashes please don’t they didn’t even go Through that subject my wife paid 1,000 dollars for a lashing course because their teachers do not go over that subject .There is no point of attending this school when my wife was doing nails as a service and asked for additional products staff will get snarky and roll their eyes. Students were given air brush kit and never taught to use it due to the fact the teacher was not knowledgeable in That subject. What a waste of money for the students . If you’re someone that has mental health problems do not go to this school they would just had more pressure / stress.
