Horrible school. Very unorganized. I did medical billing and they do not tell you that ON TOP of the almost $20k you have to pay THEM.. you still have to pay separately for the actual licenses after which are another couple thousands of dollars. There are cheaper schools that are so much better which I found after I had already started here, unfortunately. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL AT ALL. They also struggled to find me an internship at the end of my program (which you need in order to complete the program) so it pushed my finish date back .. because very little internship sites want to work with the school, allegedly. I regret my decision im going here, and now Im stuck paying thousands in student loans 🙂
Once you sign up for school good luck trying to get a hold of the staff on the phone. There has been multiple days where I had called in about questions and every time I get transferred from front desk no one ever answers the phone. Left multiple voicemail on multiple occasions and still no call back. Once I signed up for the course I felt like I was brushed aside. There was one time I tried for literally 4 hours to get a hold of someone. Only way I was able to talk to someone was because I had to ask for the dean. Honestly half the staff that works here seems like they dont even care about the students.
Ever since I started in the MA program at UEI it has been such a great experience. The staff go out of their way to help us with what we need. The environment is a good place. LRC area is open for extra time for work if needed as well. You make friendship here thatll will last a long time. #UEIProud
