Absolutely disappointing! After Failed Promises and misleading after my externship, I gave it another shot. Graduation is about 10day away and they are limiting the seat that each student can bring in 6 guest only and it’s understandable due to the capacity.

The day of the pick up, some students gets 6 tickets and some gets 5 tickets. The excuse that the staff used,” It was a last minute change today.” “I can’t do anything about it.” “You will have to figure it out.” Apparently whoever that was in charge of graduation did not communicate and relay the changeover . My plan of bringing in 6 guest to my graduation has dropped down to 5 guest and I have to let my other family member know that he can’t attend because the school failed to do their math equation correctly. Corporate needs to be involved and retrained their staffs to stop promising and misleading students. Better off teach them adding and subtractions.

“My grades and my graduation doesn’t matter to you, but it matters to me! I worked hard for it and I paid for it! ”

I love the culture we have at UEI. I am an instructor here in stockton for the medical assistant program. I have taught a little over a year, and I have taught many graduates! From knowing nothing to knowing exactly what they need to be successful in their particular program. It’s very rewarding to help our students be the best they can be and help them figure out more of what they can do than the believe initially. We are a family and we stand by that 100% I look forward to helping many more potential grads! If you have thought about going to school and are not sure what to do come by take a tour and while you are hear talk to some of us educators! We love to explain what you will be doing if you pick that particular program.
This school was really nice at first and seemed like it would be very helpful but i can’t say that i got anything out of the MA program. I didn’t get hired from extern, and now they won’t give me my diploma or let me walk the stage until i pay of $6k up front. this school is a huge money grab and i don’t recommend unless you want to be a teenager (or adult) with a bunch of debt. i owe them $12,000 for basically nothing. not even a diploma (bc they’re holding it from me) to show for it even though i went here for 10 months AND completed extern. how sad.
