Might want to check out how the School of Pharmacy’s millionaire benefactor – Fred Eshelman – is suing 4 hunters in Wyoming who took great care to NOT to step a foot into Fred’s 22,000 acre Elk Mountain Ranch in Wyoming. They used a ladder to straddle over a property corner of Fred’s land to move from public land to public land. But Fred thinks them passing through the air over his land has caused $9 million damage to the ranch. A criminal trespass was dismissed so Fred has gone after the hunters in a civil suit. Stick it to the little guy who gets uppity.
