After completion of the online portion, I was never contacted regarding going into the facility in preparation for the hospital. After reaching out through phone, FB, text and in-person; there was still no plan for completion. My text conversations were with the owner which I really thought would yield a positive outcome. Eventually I disputed the charge and got my money back. Months later a new person reached out in an effort to resolve however I had moved on by then. I also made it clear when I registered that I needed to be complete by the end of summer which they assured me would happen. I now have to wait until this coming summer because I have them off from work. This was a very bad experience with fails throughout.

My experience with this school was insulting, disrespectful and rude and the teacher didn’t care and didn’t show up for classes to help us the director just smiled and did nothing they had no place for us to do internships and when they did get a place for your internship the director would give two day notice that didn’t work when you give your employee two days notice in home healthcare jobs. I had high hopes and was excited to get my CNA. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to enroll in this school. They just wanted the money and didn’t want to teach the students. Getting my CNA would have increased my knowledge and money for me. I didn’t finish because they didn’t care if I finished or not.
