I have been auditing classes in music, physics and math for nearly 3 years. The profs are great and accommodating of auditors who want to take exams or submit homework. If you are over 55, sign up with the alumni association as a senior auditor. They charge $95 for as many classes as you want to take. You need to get permission from the profs and there has to be room but that has rarely been a problem. By signing up, you get access to the class web site and other benefits. During the summer semesters, things are less formal. I use the on-line class catalog to find things that interest me and where/when they are being held. In only one case has a prof denied me access to the class. It was a photography class and she didn’t feel she would have time to analyze my work.
Great space for the sound of music.
I just love it.
