The five star reviews are fake. When i questioned the students they called Daniel’s a scammer.. Daniel’s is scamming people out of their money and when I saw she couldn’t even read her own contact that was a huge red flag. Ive been looking for a school i could go to for all around cosmetology. The kits are cheap and the products. When my mother called out the expired products Daniel’s caught a attitude.
When you sign up there’s no refunds ( another red flag). religion has nothing to do with cosmetology( Daniel’s questioned me and my mother faith in God).. instead of questioning people faith Daniel’s needs to learn how to properly read her own contact and stop having her own students bad mouth her to people trying to apply to her school! You’re not getting what you’re paying for. Its more than passing state board, you’re going to be dealing with people hair, skin, and nails.. i want to actually learn something because it’s people name and career on the line working in this field. She takes advantage of people because she’s the only one with a nail technician course in the hattiesburg area. There’s other places to go do you’re own research.
My experience was very weird at this school. When I enrolled Ms. Daniel’s came off very friendly and professional ( but that all changed weeks later) ms.Ruby was very unprofessional on the first day saying” im not a real nail technician and are you here for the coloring course?” I ignored because it’s my goal to become a licensed nail tech, ms. ruby would say slick comments out her mouth and give me weird looks.( yet I ignored because I was focused) I began getting pulled in to the office over the petty BS even having ms Daniel’s pull me to the office and had the audacity to ask me ” do you believe in God?:” my faith in God has nothing to do with the program or cosmetology! Highly unprofessional. If Ms Daniel’s is such a Christian woman she wouldn’t judge people she doesn’t even know or gossip ( which is a sin) I left the school because I received special treatment and was treated unfair. I’d tried to re enroll because it’s the only nail technician program in hattiesburg area but I’m welling to take the drive elsewhere. The school doesn’t provide the education or training to charge people $4,200,.
Former student. Wouldn’t recommend like others tried to warn me. I really wanted to become licensed to learn and grow.. i didn’t listen and formed my own opinion.. To be such a small trade school they keep up alot of mess. The education doesn’t match the price they are charging people. Kits and products are cheap, received very special treatment(not in a good way), certain people will try to set you up for failure, Domestic violence towards students, own students bad mouthing the establishment, an i knew just weeks in i wasn’t going to grow or feel confident in myself to touch client’s. No refunds and Daniel’s can’t even read her own contact..Very scam likely..
