Upstage provides professional standard training with committed, talented teachers. But more than that, it is a family. The kids support each other and forge firm friendships. The school’s head, Amelia, inspires the pupils and instils a sense of commitment and dedication that will prepare them brilliantly for careers in the performing arts. I can’t rate her highly enough.
The best place for any child! The amount of hard work and heart that is put into this school is incredible. Anyone that is able to be a part of such a welcoming, supportive and talented school is extremely lucky and for a lot of people it is more than just a performing arts school, it’s a family.
I started as a student and grew into a teacher and am so grateful for all the skills, life experiences and friendships I have made at upstage academy! Such an amazing, friendly environment with amazing teachers!!!
Such an amazing family to be a part of!! I’ve been at Upstage for over 10 years now and have always felt so lucky to be able to take part in such great opportunities and be taught by such amazing teachers who really care about their students and their success.
My daughter joined Upstage Academy as she loves musicals, acting and dance. She had little confidence and was painfully shy, as she didn’t know anyone at the academy, but oh my!! She is a different child now! Upstage fully embraced her and supported her so so much, she has just thrived and grown in confidence, and as a person. I will be eternally grateful to the upstage team for seeing the potential in my gorgeous girl and encouraging her to reach for the stars!
The students and tutors are absolute diamonds & we feel very lucky to be part of the upstage fam!!!
