I find this school very popular and if they do not accept a child then the school ain’t ???? I find that when you are accepted and you do your part and more you advance. Yes there are teachers that are there for a paycheck and then there are ones that love to teach. I have come across both kinds trust me it is not pleasant to talk to one when your child is in there hands for 4 years but this one thing that I do know and that is trusting God to cover to keep and protect my child while he is there plus he will tell me when things are not lining up with what we know it is suppose to be no teacher has a right to talk down to a student and no student have a right to talk to an adult any kind of way (that’s my job) be respectful at all times is what i teach when there is a problem then i can go for the grand slam school is not like when i went nor is the school system in the last few years it has truly let me down but we have to continue to encourage and pray for our children so they can be better than what they think they can be I love Urban Prep Academy but like anything else there is still work to be done with the teachers, student, staff and of course us parents.
