I did not use the Training Institute for my CNA classes, but I did take my certification test here and I absolutely HATED the experience. Now, the skills proctors were amazing and so kind! But the written test proctor did not want to be there, probably because his team was playing that Sunday. He was rude and berated us for signing in when he wasn’t present. He also said I was in violation of HIPAA because of it, even though there was no medical information present, which still would’ve been his responsibility to lock them up so others wouldn’t have access. I would recommend taking your test somewhere else, that guy really messed up my headspace and that’s the last thing you need before something like this.
Our class came here to take the state test (written and skills). The male proctor watching over the written portion was unprofessional and rude to not only the other students but the R.N staff proctoring the skills portion.
I am a retired wild-land firefighter and this was unacceptable. This man’s attitude towards young students, that are scared, and with anxiety should be looked at with anyone allowing him to be performing that portion on any other future state test.
I do understand this proctor is not from the facility, however he is allowed to use this facility to test these poor students.
