The moment I walked into this school a few months ago I thought this would 100% the place for me. The owner Victoria paints the most amazing education possible. Shes very charismatic. the longer the tour went on Victoria became very unprofessional. She had negative things to say about other schools and professionals in the industry. I went to look at 4 other schools this day and they had all the information out for me to take home. Victoria didnt have anything, she took my email and phone number and never sent anything or called (even 4 months later). I felt a little uneasy about this choice and talked to my hairstylist and family that are in this industry and no one had anything great to say about this school unfortunately. If you look at her reviews you can tell by the way she responds to them she is also not very professional on her responses. I definitely would recommend other local cosmo schools if you are interested in going.
I had a really great experience at the Victoria James Salon, everyone was very kind, funny and really taking their education and running with it. My hairstylist fixed my un-natural looking- blotchy hair with ease and got it to look absolutely beautiful and incredibly natural with foils, perfectly dimensional and shiny– I am so happy that I gave this salon a try—everything from entering to exiting felt calming, top quality, and so re-assuring that my hair would turn out great.. and it did! Thank you Victoria James Salon!
