I decided to write this review only after I saw in another school that it can be different. In age 2 group at this school, my child was pushed by a peer and fell. Their tooth got damaged (still grey to this day), cut their lip and they did not eat or drink for two days. I talked to 3 care takers and only one of them was honest and empathetic about what happened. Another one literally lied, looking into my eyes. And the message conveyed through my talk with the highest ranking one was this: a) My child is a sissy. (Showing their own children as an example in not complaining about rough and tough play) b) There is not enough funding to protect my child -or any child really- from a known pusher.
Not enough staff and older children are mixed with little 1s the staff lack empathy towards a new child they also act like they know your child better than you do
Brilliant caring staff who cater for all children’s needs, so happy and impressed with the care provided for my children
