I visited the Academy for the day with the hope of gaining ideas that can be applied to my professional context in a similar school. The day was incredibly useful and invigorating; students spoke with charm and confidence, recited poetry with enthusiasm and pride and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Students welcome visitors and are excited to show them the best parts of their school, the school culture and ethos is clear and shared exceptionally by Ms Whelan. I would have loved to have received an education here as a child! Keep up the great work!
I couldn’t have found a better school than this for my daughter. School provided a lifeline for my daughter after having issues with her previous school. I found all teachers and staff very welcoming. Educational system within the school environment is the best. Children are really well behaved comparing to other schools I’ve seen. Thank you Miss Whelan along with rest of the staff for your hard work and supports towards our children. Keep up the great work
Waterside Academy is an excellent school and it’s impressive that year on year many students from the school secure scholarships at prestigious colleges. The staff are lovely and students are even better.
Waterside is a fantastic institution. An academy that really does deserves every word of praise. All the staff, students and facilities are excellent.
My son came home with diarrhea and stomach cramps after he claimed to have eaten “pink” meatballs and undercooked pasta for lunch at this school. I am deeply desturbed to say the least and have no words to describe how disgusted I feel at the moment.
