As a student, education is great. There are a few spotty teachers, but for 95% of them, great job. The environment is great, all of the principals are friendly, even the janitors are. The building is a bit dated, but it seems that the district has identified that as they are actively improving it each day – from a new football field installed summer 2015 – to a new walking bridge to the middle school and secondary parking lot in fall 2015. Overall, great place to send your child to for their high school years.
This school is no different then MPS. The environment sucks, you got kids acting like their from the hood, kids are rowdy in class and teachers don’t do anything about it, etc.
The public bathrooms were locked…There were at least three games going on for various sports and no access to public bathrooms… RIDICULOUS!
