Children with difficulties will be prayed over instead of nurtured. The focus on the schools own reputation will mean complacency in many departments.
The school makes a fortune with their fees and offers little – besides cramming bible studies, chapel, large productions (100s of hours of rehersal – even during exam times). All for profit. More than one abusive/bullying teacher has been through this school, and to make a formal complaint may end with you being asked to write an apology, which is how they dealt with complaints for at least a decade.
Be very wise before handing your kids off to this delorable place. They are hungry for money and clawing back a half decent reputation that they don’t deserve.
It makes my heart happy to see others express how hypocritical, nasty, and out-dated this school is. With Jesus and crosses plastered everywhere to remind you it’s not actually hell – just feels like it in comparison to the real world.
This school has literally turned our son around, he started at a normal public school and everything went from bad to worse.
Since being at this school with like minded students and teachers he is so much more at home, and at peace with himself.
The discipline and study regime has actually helped him become a better more structured person, which is exactly what he needed.
If you want to go to a school without exams and study and discipline you may have to go look elsewhere.
This school gives a blend of everything and is spot on.
Thanks for everything Waverley
Very chill and kind-hearted.
