Tried this place for the first time, and that will be the last time! Management/instructors are very RUDE, The one who was there the day I went, is the type of hairdresser who doesn’t want to allow the customer to choose their own hairstyle or haircut, he’s the type who wants to impose HIS favorite styles on the customer by telling the customer that the style of haircut they chose is all wrong ??
When I go in to get my hair done, I know exactly what I like and how I want it done! That’s what I’m paying for! Not for some know it all person with a bad attitude to tell me what i’m choosing won’t work and is wrong, because it’s not HIS preferred style! The student stylist was great! He did his best, considering the instructor was rudely interrupting and not allowing him to do his job. Based on my experience and observations, I’ll never be a customer, will never refer anyone to get service there and would certainly never suggest anyone to sign up as a student! There are way better options out there!
Horrible experience I went in to bleach my whole head, and they told me that was not possible but I could get highlights… I was perfectly fine with that. I paid for the root to the ending length of my hair to be done, and left with a root touch up, and the bottom of my half the same color I came in with.They did not dry my hair because they “did not have time”. I left with wet hair, orange streaks and it looks yellow… I tried calling the lady in the front to ask what I was charged for, and she was very rude and started acting like I was complaining they couldn’t bleach my whole head when I specifically told her I was upset because they only bleached and toned the top of my hair she tried to say no and she saw the process herself but no. I have pictures from before and after and my hair is still two completely different colors
Great prices! Great Customer Service! Love the fact that instructors are attentive to students cuts & colors been coming close to 4 years now. Today got my hair done with Anna loved the outcome very professional & personality a #10.
I will say I’ve never had a negative result at this salon..I love this place! brought my mom dad grandkids too.
