If your children have special needs, I would avoid this school.
Teachers go above and beyond, but the principal is definitely needing to work on her empathy and understanding of children’s individual needs. Using a 3 strike policy in pre primary age children where children are left punished for making a mistake months ago is upsetting the child and setting them up to fail. Definitely something this school needs to work on.

I WOULD RATE THIS SCHOOL MINUS 5 STARS IF I HAD THE OPTION .

AND IAM NOT THE ONLY PARENT WHO FEELS THIS WAY .

This school is the worst school in Perth. Yes its a brand new shiny school, but the office staff and teachers are rude and very stressed ALL THE TIME.

Working with children and their families requires a certain level of friendliness and compassion.

We will be moving our children to another school next year after a year of negative experiences at this school.

After the first month for three of our children at this school I can say that I am impressed. The culture of the school has the kids more focused on learning rather than peer politics. I particularly like the fact that parents are taught from Pre Primary stage that if they do not do homework with their kids then the kids will not be allowed to progress the next week. I would rate as five stars if leadership could balance the in school necessary discipline with suggestions and guidance to parents on ideas that improves, learning, health, security, community etc. The school seems to squander it’s position of being a central co-ordinating organisation holding knowledge now available to all parents.
this school is best school in Perth, even better than a private school. the stuff and teachers highly educated and polite.
