Great Art school and exceptional tuition by teacher Sue Cooper. Sue works hard giving individual help at all levels to her students but also manages to have an over all plan for the class and develop group themes. I found Sue through the Waterman’s Art centre in Brentford, the room is bright and airy, and the group are friendly and welcoming, Sue is super-organised and provides all materials, she even provides personal touches like coffee and biscuits, an exceptional art class on many levels.

I have attended the watercolour classes run by Sue Cooper at the Waterman’s, Brentford, venue for about a year now. They are always fun and yet helpfully challenging. Sue provides excellent tuition, not only giving good and useful directions, but also by demonstrating the techniques which she is teaching. The combination of the two elements have been very helpful to the development of my painting.
The room at Waterman’s, in which lessons are conducted, is light and airy, with lovely views of the Thames. Public transport is nearby. If, though, you are driving, there is a carpark under the building – PS2 for three hours.
