If your thinking about coming to this school DONT because people here are crazy and mean and the staff are disrespectful as well as the teachers some teachers can be ok but others can send you to the deans office over little things when i was a student here i disliked this school i would see fights everywhere and teachers would never properly deal with the situation and kids would be doing bad things in the bathrooms this is what caused students to even be DIVIDED for 1st lunch into girl and boy sides which didnt even solve the problem i hope it will NEVER be like this next year for anyone who goes and whats disappointing is people who go to this school next year wont even wear hoodies i dont recommend this school at all 2/10 the only thing that made it ok for me was because of my nice friends who Ive had for a long time thats all.
Without a doubt this school deserves these stars and more.If you are considering brining your children here, please do. They are going to be in the best hands, with teachers who see them as them and not another number. They will not be crowded in classrooms with over 40 kids. They will not have to worry about bullies because we treat eachother as a family. Just make sure you apply in advance because there is a wait list! ?? The seven years I spent here where the some of the best in my life. I hope many others will come to this school which I call home and get to say the same. ??
I was a student for West Prep. My only mistake was transferring out of West Prep. This school made you feel like you were family. The teachers always made time for you and treated you like a friend rather than a number/student. During Dr. Barton reign as principal, the school was a five star school. The class size was small ranging from 20-25 students in a classroom. Very little worry about violence or drug dealing because the school was small. I cannot say the same for the middle school, but the high school was a fantastic experience!
