It’s run by a bunch of incompetent people.
I decided to register for child development in January and they told me that I need to take the orientation in May.. so i waited the 4 months and took the orientation.
After orientation, I registered for the summer class.
They later told me that it was an online class but if i wanted “in-person,” they would switch me out to the in person class… so i agreed.
Finally its August and it turns out they just dropped me out of the class without placing me in the appropriate class.
I go pay them a visit to see what happened and they said there is no “in-person” class and if i want the other “in-person” class they do offer, I’d have to wait til next year and there was nothing else they can do about it.
I was furious.
Stripping someone out of their education like that is unacceptable.
I was studied there for two years. It was very interesting and amazing. I think this place is really good for whom wants to learn ESL or any subjects which they want. The teachers and the staffs are so kind and supportive. I spent two very good years there and learn a lot. I am really grateful to all, the caring and literate staff and teachers there. I will never forget their kindness. I always pray for them.
The place is so beautiful. the students have the places to sit and have coffee and speak with each others. It is so nice. I love it.
And I’ve been signing up for esl classes for 3 months, maybe more….. No one answered me and how many times I’ve been to the offices they said wait to receive an email. The service is really bad, no one helped me get help. If I could function in the English language I wouldn’t I would come to learn English. This means you have to help people. I told them I have a problem, I can’t even log in on the online page to check. Just no one helped me. I don’t know what to do. It’s just bad what’s going on there
