I would give this school a negative star if it were possible. Administration is the most unqualified and incompetent that I have ever seen. Multiple safety issues are present throughout the school. Kids have recess in a parking lot. The building smells and has many internal issues. Transportation is never consistent. Buses and van smell like vomit. Education is poor at best. Yet they lie and provide false information to parents. Stay away from this school. I am an advocate for school choice but WV Academy is not the right choice! They need shut down immediately
Prior to this school, we did homeschooling due to the horrible experiences we had in public school. I was so nervous, but it was the best decision ever for all of us! I’m so excited to have her there to continue to grow academically and watch what the school becomes, it can only get even better. The staff has always been extremely helpful with any questions I’ve had. Seriously the best school hands down! So glad we are part of it.
My daughter was homeschooling but getting a bit behind and not getting the social interaction she needed with peers. She has blossomed at this school. The teachers are attentive and engaged with the students. They have a few things to iron out still, but all in all the level of performance by this school is great.
