Our stop is 1/4 mile away and out of sight of our house. I emailed 3 times about having it changed with no response. Literally had to beg for a response in final email. Her bus is scheduled to arrive at 8:34 but is often 20+ minutes late with no communication so we have to sit in the car because it’s freezing. Bus has flown past us more than once, so I can’t trust that they will pick her up if I’m not there. Flew by us today so I called to express my concerns. They took zero accountability and refused to apologize. Basically said it was our fault, couldn’t promise it wouldn’t happen again.Late to work again. Bus is also significantly late at pick up. Upwards of 45 minutes late, so we have to wait at the stop every afternoon. Terrible communication with parents. Poor customer service. Very unreliable.
Edited to add: the bus drivers have driven past other kids on her route, claiming their routes must not be updates.
These people are awful, they make all the steps for elementary school kids so far away from their homes and always have an attitude over the phone. I got a call today regarding a request for a closer stop and Vicky was way to happy to tell me my request was denied. We want safe walking distance for our little children and they’re only answer is “we can’t “. Awful people and don’t care about your children.
