This area was quite a horrid experience as a student who spent his middle school years in this place. The education in this is sub par and some teachers can’t specify certain pages and make you think of doing the whole chapter or some teachers threaten to give you Fs over some behavior issues not that bad or quietly talking even if they are a support teacher of yours. The staff mainly doesn’t do much with some students that bully you and let it continue it instead. The students will endlessly tease you for the smallest of things such as not liking them or appearance and like to force you to do things you don’t want to do or force the things they like on you for a large majority of the year. Some of them even use their belts as weapons against you over standing or dancing. And the staff doesn’t notice this at all and I cannot and have not made any of this up. Some teachers who witness the fights don’t take action sometimes during the class and just let it continue. Don’t go to this school and heed my warning unless if you want an abusive relationship with classmates and some teachers for 3 years
Im a 6th grader of 2017-18 school year a few teachers are nice but most are mean like my stupid language arts teacher this Mr.prystawski and some teachers curse because my friend has a teacher who curses and some are racist like mr.prystawski so go to millennium or somewhere else like I plan to. Oh and they have mental issues (well some of them ) land yell at you for no reason and even if you snicker they give you an f in the grade book (prystawski) so unless they get rid of these teacher dont come to westpine. Also its setting is horrible, it looks like a ran down subway station. To add on they put and have food poisoning in the food. But overall they deserve to be shut down and should whip up a new batch of people including staff and principals and assistant principals because the office staff are racist especially sixth grade assistant principal ms Adams who let this dude be racist in front of my friends and me
Awesome school. Loved all of my teachers and had an amazing time with my friends. They also have a very good academy that can help students earn high school credits. This academy may be rigorous, but all it takes is hard work and dedication. I was sad leaving this school for the summer. I did so well in this school that I got all level 5’s on Math this year. All level 4’s in Reading. Also, got a level 5 in Algebra, BIOLOGY (hard course), and Civics!!! This school was great and even their field trips were fun. Now because of this school and my dedication I was invited and accepted into the IB program in Plantation High! Also, you just have to stick with the right people in this school cause if you don’t, you can get into lots of trouble. Good luck incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th Graders!!!
