Whitetrees offers a fantastic hub for learning and supporting the young people that attend. The school is very well managed and very professional in all its procedures. It is very important to Whitetrees that progression is available to all staff and they support in every way they can to help make this happen. Their dedication to the school and the residential homes is the reason it has continued to grow and allow students/young people to flourish in the environments they are situated in.
Worked here for 18+ months now. The school works unbelievably hard to get the best outcomes for the young people who attend and come to us with the most challenging of backgrounds and situations. The pupils are at the centre of everything that the staff do. It’s a unique place to work; much more creative than a mainstream school. The parent company supports the school closely and staff development is at its core.
WhiteTrees Group go above and beyond to ensure that their Education and Residential services are the best that they can be. I have nothing but amazing things to say surrounding WhiteTrees, great staff, great passion and great enthusiasm. The amount of support given is also absolutely incredible!
A fantastic individualised provision for young people. The young people are able to learn in an environment that is tailored to their needs. Fantastic school.
