Excellent school. I had never even heard of Waldorf/Steiner schools and now I have my 3 children in Kinder, Grade 1 and 2 that have attended from 3 year old kinder right through to school. There is no other school locally that nurtures the whole child (not only intellectually but in every aspect of who they are) through a holistic education. We travel 40 minutes everyday to school because it’s that good.

The school fosters all the skills children will need for a changing workforce in their future; Curiosity, Creativity, Bold questioning, Positive Social Consciousness and a Connection to the Natural World.

I am currently studying to become a Psychologist and I am blown away by the many approaches the School employs to educate each child that have been used by Waldorf/Steiner schools for decades.

Approaches to teaching that research into child development is only recently coming to understand and advocate for, about how children best learn and grow to be confident well balanced adults.

My son is quite academically gifted and the school has met him with the appropriate balance of challenge and support to learn Maths and English at an advanced level whilst encouraging him creativity. This is not an easy thing to achieve.

I have another son who is very active right now and the opposite of his brother in how he learns and he is equally supported. I’ve personally watched many children with a variety of learning or behavioural challenges thrive intellectually and socially, and feel very at home at this school in such a short time.

Along with a superior and tailored education for your children you become part of a whole community of parents, teachers and staff that are very passionate, creative, friendly and supportive of each other.
