This school is ok. Most of the children that are bad influences receive the training from their parents. You see alot of women coming to pick up their kids like they are dressed for the club or just getting off the stripper pole. This is very degrading to the child. Overall, I feel the teachers care about the children and try hard to educate them. If parents took a more active roll in their children’s education then maybe it would better. So if you have a problem with this school remember learning starts at home. You have some of the kids here that cant even spell or write.
Im in the 5th Grade and I have been going here since the 2nd grade. I have experienced so much bullying here and right now I am experiencing too! The food is absolutely DISCUSTING, the teachers sometimes dont even deal with fights that get physical, bullys, ect. People say racial slurs, sometimes even bully a kid that has a different skin tone! Smh. I have been begging my parents to change districts for so long. I have had so many problems with this school. The only thing that will keep me from leaving is Mrs. Whittaker because she means a lot to me.
My son goes to this school right now and we are experiencing racism in the school and no one is addressing the situation I talked to the principal about an incident with my son and a teacher and she basically said my son was lying and she believed the teacher when there was other students that witnessed it I talked to the superintendents office havent gotten a response as to the plan of action my next thing is to contact the news and social media to make this issue viral they cant get away with the way they act towards minority students and parents
