My granddaughter is now in 5th grade at WGE. From day one, the staff and faculty have been the greatest. Dr Rosell was an excellent example of mixing fun and learning. When Mr. Grau came on board, replacing Mr. Rosell in 2015, it was obvious his approach to helping the kids would be to focus on teaching/learning. Our grandchildren (5th and 1st) are in the best care.
This is a good local school with a strong PTA and good enrichment programs. It’s a great location at one end of “the avenue”

The new Principal that joined in 2015 had made a real positive impact with his focus on teaching and supporting the classroom environment.

I never see in my life an elementary school where the staff and even parents are so nasty and racist.
