My little one was due to start nursery in January this year . We found a playgroup near by and made it clear that we had totally spoilt our little angel and we hadn’t ever left our child with anybody before not even a family member . The playgroup staff offered 1 settle session and then expected us to drop our child at the gates the day after . To cut a long story short it was a horrible experience and we totally lacked support . I didn’t give up and tried wishing well nursery . I told the manager Jess everything that had happened and she was so understanding and supportive . We met all the staff and had lots of settle sessions . They allowed us to stay for a few minutes every drop off until we could see our angel had settled . They assigned her a key worker straight away and found the connection between my princess and Becky . Becky has been fantastic with our angel and has made her feel so welcome . Michelle has helped every visit when it comes time for mom and dad to go . We are now at the point where our angel is full of smiles when she arrives at nursery and and tells me about her fun day with Becky and all her friends . I can’t praise this nursery enough . The staff are all amazing and they genuinely care about the children and parents feeling comfortable. I think the nursery couldn’t ask for a better manager than Jess she has been fantastic and we look forward to watching our little one progress . Thank you

After four amazing years, Wishing well was the best thing I could ever do for my daughter. She has improved and grown so much just by going to the nursery. The staff are amazing, they work with the children and they teach them how to be independent. The nursery is not just about playing with toys, it is about teaching them how to learn.
