To comments about “do not take your own pics”, it is a right thing to do. For $35, I got DVD + another DVD with tons of pictures. And the best part, I didn’t have to suffer through parents trying to take pictures of their kids from different angles in front of me during performances. I hate when people try to move around, raise their phones up, etc… trying to get that perfect shot while obstructing view for all others. For reviews about getting little feedback, it depends on what you need. I don’t need to know every little detail on what they do during the day, I need to see results, which I see from a bunch of papers I get with coloring, writings, and HWs (in daycare, not even pre-k). I can see from my child’s progress without the need to question teachers on what they do. All I need to know if she slept/ate (and not even that all the time), and if there are any accidents. For those who comment that they have too many early dismissals, you haven’t encountered other daycares 🙂 Actually they have a nice policy where they follow public-schools schedule. If public school closed, they are closed. At least that was the schedule this year during all the snow. Overall, I like the daycare and never had any issues with administration or the owner. She was always responsive and explained all extra classes my lo can take, etc… No daycare is perfect for all types of parents. To each their own. But if your child needs school-style, structures, large-scale environment, this is a good place.

Small update: My second child will definitely go to the same daycare. And my older will go to their after-school program as I think its a great place. Clean, good teachers, and school-like environment. Again, never had any issues with administration, and actually only positive feedback even when I had to raise concerns on how to approach my daughter in some situations, they were very sensitive and attentive.

My child went to this daycare for about 3.5 months and I had to take the child out. While the pre-school appears to have a strong academic program and an on-site kitchen as well as qualified teachers, their administrators are extremely rude and are very difficult to deal with. Even if you just raise a question or request informaiton about the program or anything that’s going on at the daycare, your requests and questions are met with hostility and an attitude. I guess the administration believes that they can do no wrong and the parents’ opinions or concerns do not have to be addressed. The daycare director actually called me more than once to lecture me on the kinds of questions I was asking, which included banal things like the process for child pick-up and paperwork. I didn’t want my child to be spending 8 hours a day in this kind of environment of disrespect and an inability to listen and be cordial. I also disliked the fact that I received very little feedback from my child’s teacher about my child’s development, daily routine/activities, anything that is going well or requires improvement. I prefer an environment where parents and teachers are able to have that open dialogue.

Additionally, it’s dissapointing that there aren’t more reviews of this daycare from its actual clients. I believe that the 3 listed on Google are posted by the daycare itself; Being someone who has a professional background in writing, the styles and sentence structure seem too similar to be from unique individuals, but that’s just me. Good luck!

My s?n Daniel has been g?ing t? W?nderland f?r almost 3 years n?w. As we are leaving f?r Kindergarten, it’s time t? say thank y?u.
We tried couple ?f Day Care Centres prior t? ch??sing W?nderland and we are extremely satisfied with the ch?ice we made.
The place is very space?us with the kitchen ?n premises and very professional staff.
My son knows alphabet, c?unts t? 100, rhymes, dances and knows tons ?f s?ngs, as well as he passed Gifted and Talented test (The Academy played the major role in these achievements).
Wonderland also has FB page where the teachers p?st pictures every day and every parent can see what they did during the day! Love it – saved so many cute pictures!
I agree the administration is strict and t? the p?int, but they d? care: they know all parents by name, they know what each ?f their kids was d?ing during the day as well as all the problems and c?ncerns. It’s safe there as the owners are always there and always in control ?f the situation. They d? their business in a very ethical manner. Never had a pr?blem.
Ms Susan (Direct?r ?f Educati?n) is the sweetest lady that makes sure the educational programs there are challenging and c?mpetitive. She was very helpful with all the Gifted &Talented Program questions we had, and was available everyday for all the questions and concerns we could have.
I do recommend W?nderland and my second daughter would go there without a doubt.
