Overall it’s a great school with great values, but there are those tiny problems every school has. While the teachers are great the arrangement of the classrooms and how to decide which kids go into Extended classes is a little out of whack. Teachers are having to constantly rearrange their room to find space, but nothing really seems to work. This brings me to my next problem. It seems like they will let anyone into the advanced placement and extended classes, no matter their past academic achievement or general knowledge/intelligence. The kids are constantly slacking off and are a constant interruption to the teacher, not allowing them to teach anything, and because of this are failing their classes. They need to be more strict on who they let into these classes because it’s not only affecting the teachers and individual who are slacking off, but the students around them as well.
This school is amazing, while not allowed to have phones in class this past year and some of our teachers are tough they do it to better us, bullying is not tolerated buy the staff, this school is one of the best learning experiences. The teachers are nice but they expect a level of respect that you have to be willing to give, in order to earn their respect back. Overall even though this is only my second year in Woodbridge I think this school is a great learning environment
