Our son has had a great time at Woodpeckers. They have a lot of space indoors and outdoors, as it’s attached to the school and used to be the infant area. It’s also particularly good if you want your child to go to the attached primary school, so that they’ll already know a good amount of kids and the area in general. Absolutely no regrets! They also send regular photos and updates, so you know what’s going on.
My son has had a fabulous year at Woodpeckers, where he has absolutely thrived. The team have been fantastic, they are approachable and knowledgeable. The activities that the children do are varied and the setting is great, my son loves going exploring in the woodland area.
A great nursery!
Our son has really enjoyed his year at Woodpeckers, Thomas has grown so much over the year and has become so much more confident. The staff have been brilliant at encouraging and teaching him and he is very fond of them all. He always looks forward to school days and enjoys the singing, stories and especially playing outside.
We chose woodpeckers because of the outside space and our son has particularly enjoyed playing in the ‘big playground’.
Thomas will miss school over the summer holidays and I know will be excited to go back in September.
Our Son had a great time at Woodpeckers, Morakot and her team are all so lovely & friendly. The children have so much fun each session with a great variety of activities. The team provide support and care for each stage of your child’s development.
We are very happy we chose Woodpeckers, Katy & Paul Jackson
My daughter is currently in Woodpecker nursery and she loves it fitted in really well and made friends quickly. We went to see a few nurseries in the area before choosing Woodpeckers and ultimately chose Woodpeckers because of the outdoor space they can offer, the friendliness of the staff and their ethos which is a great mix of free play discovery and school readiness. There are lots of activities for children to partake in to learn or improve their skills. The famly app for communication and photos is frequently used and encouraged. The app helps track my daughters learning journey which helps me support her development at home and vice versa for skills we work on at home. Feedback and questions are received really well by the nursery team and action is taken if needed. Overall great nursery
