I pulled my child out of there. The teacher communicated very poorly with me. I would email her and she never would respond. I would report her and she would call and say I email her at the wrong times so I asked, can I call you???…she said no email me…so I emailed her the next couple of days and she went back to ignoring me. I thought she was very unprofessional for a kindergarten teacher and showed no care or concern for my child so I was alarmed and pulled my child out due to the principal saying he couldnt get switched to another kindergarten class. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my child with her. She seem to have serious issues. I had to keep in touch with her in regards to my child due to personal reasons but she could careless what was going on, she made no effort to create a better communication with me in regards to my child, some teachers complain about parents not being a key component in helping with their childs education but when they have a parent who actually care about their childs education and well-being, some teachers such as her dont appreciate it and dont want to be bothered because it’s nothing but a job to them and they dont care about the child only their paycheck!
My two teenage son went to this school before it became a STEAM school. I hear that it is even better now that it has focused more on the science and technology aspect of teaching children
