Yarralumla primary school is a school that I went to from 2014 until 2020.
Overall the school was excellent!!!
Well, as long as you ignore the incessant bullying, lack of support from teachers, the asbestos and lead situation, the homophobia, the racism, the sexism, the learning support kids being treated like subhuman, a kid got thrown onto the floor by a teacher once. But at least the instant noodles from the canteen were pretty good!
The school was the best it was not goo and I had no problem with bullying because my kid is not weird unlike Gerogia Adam’s kid who is goo
Welcoming and progressive education with the best whole-of-school outcomes in the ACT.

I.e compared to (say) private school, they have as equally good aggregate statistics, but also they bring up the whole student body rather than having a long tail of children that fall slowly behind whose stats are balanced by a few high achievers.

Yarralumla was a good school, they just put there priorities in the wrong things, they didn’t take care of the bulling problem that the school had, and if they did, they didn’t give it enough attention. The school was goo, it just focused its time and money on the wrong things
Went to school here in 2012. Truly an experience I’ll never forget. I’d like to know if Signora Mary drugovich (not sure if thats how you spell it) is still around?
