Don’t send your child here! Not as they seem, I gave one star because the facility’s are nice. However they held our child hostage, when we came to pick her up. We had to call the police to get her out. It took 4 hours to get her out. I feel the staff are not honest at all.
They also held our child’s clothes and item’s for over a month, and told us we had to pay for them to be shipped to us. I and my wife also feel there is more going on then what we knew. We asked Yellowstone to transfer our daughter closer to home which we live in the northwest and wanted to ship her to New York….WTH!!! The staff there are abusive & verbally abusive. They don’t give cooked meals like they said, dumpy meals is what is served to my child, I also consulted with our doctor on what medication they were giving our daughter, he was shocked. And took her of 90% of meds they gave four daughter. We asked for a referral to a place for our daughter and the Texas staff there almost sabotaged our referral. Big thanks!! Luckily we got her referral into the program we asked Yellowstone to do and now our daughter and our daughter is graduating early and is in college!
Also last note…most of the reviews on google are from staff at Yellowstone we did our research on it. DONT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!

Terrible place. I would not send your children here. The staff sits around on their phones and most of them do not care about the children and severely abuse their power.
The elementary side was good for us and I was pleased with them, but when we transitioned to the middle school side things went very south, no one would communicate with me like they did on the elementary side. There was little effort made for therapy and all in all i’m extremely disappointed in the way they have conducted themselves.
