We are happy with this school, they have good teachers and all students are in a Care Class. They keep uniforms up to standard and have goal settings for students that meet up with their parents/Caregivers and Care Teacher to discuss.
This school rebirthed me from an emo kid to a fully functioning student. When I first started, all I wanted to do was be alone and not make any friends. I actively avoided talking to people and stayed away from many social groups in year 7. This charade went on for a couple of weeks until one day in maths class I met this one kid who was weird and quirky like me, except less sad about living. I became aquainted to them by a friend called Bruce and we became friends throughout most of junior school. He was an A grade student and had academic success throughout his schooling career in Yeronga State High School. We also discussed various things together such as shows and sports and spending my years with him was the best memories I’ve had after year 6. He left in grade 9 and I had my villain arc from being an emo kid with average grades to becoming a B or higher student from year 10 onwards. In year 10, I peaked in grades and recieved B’s or more for most of the year. The only time I failed a class and recieved lower than a B was when I attended year 10 physics. I would say I was pretty dumb when it came to understanding year 10 physics but I was so happy when I had passed in the second semester. Anyways, this biography was written by a past Yeronga student naming the title of this article, ‘That Time I was Reincarnated by Yeronga State High School’

p.s. This title is probably copyrighted so please don’t copyright stirke me.

Honestly don’t send your kids here if you want them to learn, the new principal is just absolutely ridiculous. His turned the school into a parliament house everything is political and he doesn’t listen to students or parents.
Mr Vogt goes here so it must be good. Please come back, we miss you. edit: we are desperate sir, come back pls. I will pay ur toll fee, and fuel. edit 2: no sir, we do not have enough awesomeness to last without you – our supply is draining. Edit 3: day 119 without the almighty Vogt, supplies are scarce, our will to live even more so. I’m not sure how many more weeks we can take, I’ve never gotten so many OneSchool Reports from one teacher in my life. Please, pretty please, send help when you can. Love, your favourite student (Other than blake).
This school was certainly better than Glenala State High School.

I attended here in 1997 and although I didn’t graduate from Year 12 (mostly due to a death in the family, lack of motivation and confidence in myself) my experience was reasonably good and somewhat more peaceful.

Because I was a student with additional/special needs I did get bullied but nowhere near as badly as I was when I was at Glenala High and when it did happen it was usually addressed.
