As usual, even if you get a gash in your knee (known from experience), they will only offer ice.
Canteen got increasingly expensive over the years.
School is located next to some shady people.
Playground/natures play is pretty good last time I was there a few years ago.
Every year I moved up a grade, my old classroom got renovated, and I was in an old furnished classroom.

(ALSO THE PRINCIPAL SUCKS NOBODY CAN ARGUE)

Yeronga State School is a great school and we have been so pleased we chose to send our child here. She has had wonderful teachers each year so far. It is a warm and caring community of parents and a lovely cohort of children. The outside school hours program is also excellent and well run. The academic standards have been high and there is a good music program.
Great local Primary School, with a Kindergarten, Preschool & High School in close proximity. The local council pool and parks provide plenty of healthy outdoor opportunities for the students without the school having to self-fund such amenities.
YSS is a great great school. My son goes there and all the staff are very caring. It’s really multicultural so I recommend this school for all students in the area.
Lovely school and great community. Big green spaces for the kids to enjoy. Great school academicly as well
