My son has been attending Young achievers since the second grade hes now in the fourth grade. This year has been the worst year he has been attacked three times. The most recent incident occurred yesterday May 24 my child was pushed out of his seat and attacked with a broom. I went up to the school today May 25 sat down and talk with the principal he gave the child an in house suspension. I felt that that was not good enough if it was two boys in the playground pushing each other back-and-forth that will be different but my child was hit several times with a broom and basically nothing is being done about it one day in house suspension he felt that that was enough. I got the impression that he did not care about what happened to my son and that he basically want me out his office. Next year I will be sending my child to a charter school. My daughter has been attending Excel Academy since the fifth grade nothing like this has ever happened shes now in the ninth grade.
Not what i thought it was my daughter is in 4th grade and has been bullied not only by two students but also by her teacher and physically hit by her beware of which 4th grade teachers class your child has if you place them here this hispanic teacher has her picks of students that she favors so it can be sweet or sour and mind you my daughter is a smart quiet respectful girl so with that being said i can’t wait to have her start her new school and have this teacher under fire for what she’s done and all these 5 star reviews is probably by ppl they know or ppl who work there
