I went to this school for several years, graduated and still am apart of their community because my little brother continues to attend their school. I can without a doubt say that growing up and learning in this school was beautiful. The teachers, staff and principal truly care about the development/health of their students. They offer great programs, opportunities and hold informational events just for them. I miss this school sometimes but I know that they’re providing a great school experience for countless other students. If you’re looking for a good school to enroll your child in then I really recommend this should be one of your choices. You won’t regret it and neither will your satisfied kid.
I attended Zapata Academy from 2001-2009 and have gone back as an alum to speak to the 7th and 8th grades. From my experience as a student, as well as the eldest of four that have all attended Zapata, I can confidently say that the entire staff is dedicated to the development of the students. They not only go above and beyond to teach the students what will be the foundation of their academic success, but they also try to inspire them for their future with so many exciting and educational events and opportunities. This school is genuinely interested in providing the best learning experience possible. Enough cannot be said about Zapata Academy!
My son Richard & daughter Rita Cervantez graduated from ZAPATA when it first opened, and 3 of my 11grandchildren graduated from ZAPATA also. It’s like we never left, the teachers are very dedicated and focused on every student, and the Special Ed teachers are just so dedicated. This school has never lost a beat, even when new teachers came in,
Kudos to the fantastic teacher’s that have been there from day 1, you know who yous are. (P.S. Mr. Ramirez watch your diet)no pizza for you,LOL. HAPPY NEW YEAR ZAPATA ?? MRS. CERVANTEZ.??
