My daughter has been attending here for 3 years. Ok but in terms of value for money maybe not so great. For weeks, child could not attend because there was chicken pox outbreak. Surely they can do more sending some parents more information or hiring cleaners to do round the clock cleaning for these period. A complete waste of money if you ask me:
My nephew attended this nursery. I did pick ups/collection for him and i always had good feedback on collection. Staff and management were really friendly and supportive with potty training and encouraged learning. My nephew always enjoyed going to nursery and it has been a great first step into education for him.
The nursery is absolutely fantastic at looking after my child! The staff especially are super friendly and they are also caring towards my child and are really good at helping him grow and develop as he’s getting older. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for their child in the local area, Angela the manager is a credit to the company !
Amazing setting, warm & friendly staff, our child has flourished so much since starting here 18 months ago. Everyone is so welcoming and approachable, always available to update us on routine & activities our child partakes in. There are many nurseries in the local area but I believe it would be difficult to find one that shines like Zeeba Royal Arsenal.
My daughters been going here for the past 2 and a half years. It was great at first up un till the beginning of this year. My daughter has been missing clothes, coming home with bruises and cuts and no explanation, coming home with wet clothes cause she wet herself and no one noticed.
Half of the staff when we first took her have left for good and the remaining teachers do not seem to care or care little about the kids.
All the teachers are moody and give vague description of how the children’s day went. It’s quite upsetting to see how little care they show the kids here.
This place used to be the best nursery in the area now its just average.
Step it up guys this is appalling for the price we pay for our children!
